This could be the German translation of Arnald's wine treatise, that was
put together with sections of Gottfried von Franken's 'Pelzbuch' (De
vino et eius proprietate) and then ran under Arnald's name. It was
published and translated by Henry Sigerist in 1943:

Sigerist, H.E.: The earliest printed book on wine by Arnold of Villanova
(1235?-1311). Now for the first time rendered into English and with an
historical essay. With facsimile of the original edition, 1478. New York
1943.

Other editions (e.g. in the Opera omnia, Basel 1585) and other facsimile
