Winter publishers does ship internationally and they take credit cards.  I 
used the email address
winter at hei-net.de
 and ordered my copy from them last week . My  correspondence (in German i 
admit) with Frau Entschladen was easy, they were very friendly and 
accomodating .  Can't wait to actually hold this book in my hands, it is one 
I have wanted for years!
