    The History Channel ran an evening long show on the history of American
fast food a couple of months ago which was REALLY interesting. Hamburgers,
hot dogs, pizzas, subs, you name it. If they ever run it again, be sure to
catch it! I think it's available on tape, too, if you've got more money than
I do . . .
