SC - White or yellow cornmeal?

 According to the PA state agricultural guide, the  difference between white 
and yellow corn is the color. White is more appealing to the masses and is 
grown for commercial use only  Meaning farmers don't use it for stock feed.)
  Also, sweet corn is a different variety than field corn, the kind you grind 
for flour.
