Well, I guess you haven't been on this list very long. Since this list was
started there have been a high number of *good* period recipe redactions
given on this list. While a large number do not have the period recipe
quoted and a few are only the unredacted period recipe, a large number
have both. Most of the period recipes and even a number of recipes with
no provable period ancestry given on this list can be found in a series of
files in my Florilegium. I doubt the list would be very happy if I listed
all of these, so I will just say check these sections:
BEVERAGES, FOOD, FOOD-BOOKS, FOOD-BREADS-GRAINS, FOOD-BY-CONDIMENTS, FOOD-SWEETS,
and FOOD-VEGETABLES. I don't know the quantity of files in just the food
sections, but I would be surprised if it was less than a megabyte or two.

The Trimaris list was recently changed so that I can not send my monthly
Florilegium article to it without being a member of the list, so it is
quite likely that you have missed the food files mentioned there. Please
feel free to forward this to the Trimaris list. And if there is anyone
out there who would be willing to forward my article to the list each
month when I send it out, just let me know. This is what I do for several
other kingdom lists that are closed lists.

Well, while I think we have finally determined that the original message
was ill-stated and probably not intended to insult, I think an apology
from HRH Trimaris confirming this and a rewording of the "request" on
the website would go a long way to setting matters straight.

Who is still looking forward to meeting and making some Trimarian
