SC - Scotch Eggs once again

I've decided to bake them, not fry them.
How about making them up Thursday evening.  Keeping them covered with plastic 
wrap in the fridge until Friday at about 11 am, when I will bake them in a 
hot oven.  What do you think?

 Well, they are ok reheated, but they are best fresh.  Is there any way
 you can make them up to the point of frying them, and do them at the last
 minute?   Even if you don't fry them until Friday morning, that would be
 better than two days ahead of time.
