SC - Salads, anyone? OOP and not

Dandelions.  Sorrell.  Spinach (raw).
These are just a few... it's amazing what you can pick
right out of the front yard or flowerbeds.  I've even got
my (one salad dodging) husband eating the stuff.

Can't wait to try your onions/peppers/mushrooms/ thingy
on a baguette.  Sounds wonderful.
