So far as I know, there are no surviving period Greek cookbooks. 
There are Spanish ones, although I don't think any of them are in 
print except for Charles Perry's translation of Manuscrito Anonimo, 
which is 13th c. Spanish Muslim, and included in Volume II of my 
collection.
