Oh I know that actual birch sap does not need sweeting, but this is very hard 
to get in america, so i was talking about the Kind of Birch sasp extract used 
to make brewed birch beer soda, which is much more widely available.
This would require the addition of sugar, and dilution much as I described to 
approximate the taste of the sap.

I would love to know where the raw sap may be obtained here in the US.
anyone have an Idea?


If you know about this kind of drink, I would be much obliged if 
you would post what you know about it and its method of manufacture.
