It took me 3 1/2 hours to install my zip drive. Unfortunately, I can't even 
describe what I did to make it work. However, I would suggest going into 
Control Panel...Add/Remove Programs and uninstalling the software that you 
originally installed for the zip drive and then repeating the installation. 
It worked for me. :-)
