SC - cooking times

    Short on time at a camping event?  ALWAYS!  besides who wants to stay
all day in camp minding the spit?   The best solution I know of is to cook
ahead of time & freeze dishes.  So easy to pull the main entree out of the
hidden cooler & re-heat.
