I recommend _Pleyn Delit_ and _The Medieval Kitchen_ to people 
looking to start assembling their mediaeval cookery resources. Both 
seem reasonably reliable and cover a range of different dishes 
(though I wish _Pleyn Delit_ gave quantities in metric).
