Nope. Lyndon Johnson said we were all Amurricans. That includes you
folks. If anybody's gonna secede from the USA, it'll be those no-account

I've heard it said by people from various parts of the South that
various types of meal are used. Some favor white, some yellow. You're
supposed to say, essentially, that whatever kind you didn't grow up on
is really intended as animal feed ;  ) .

Interestingly enough, this Yankee's Yankee mom (admittedly from Middle
Atlantic states and not New England) also always used yellow cornmeal
and no sugar. But then these regional differences aren't really, in the
long run, supposed to have any more than a passing relationship with
reality. They exist conceptually, if not tangibly. Everybody knows that!
