SC - no Anglo-Saxon recipes?

Hello the List!

I'm puzzling over this no Anglo-Saxon recipes bit.  Alright, so I haven't 
seen any complete recipe books, but I _have_ seen recipes, in a three-volume 
work called Leechdom, Starcraft and Wortcunning.  I seem to remember a very 
tedious time in the Cape Town Univeristy library reading the whole damn 
thing from end to end in the hope of finding an _interesting_ recipe.  That 
was the chief problem...
