	Just on my first browse through my newest cookbook "The Neapolitan Recipe 
Collection" and just had to quote from the translation of recipe # 70 on 
page 187. The last sentence is:

"And note, my lord, that if your cook is not skillful he will never prepare 
anything good that is good, no matter how hard he tries."
