Creole is a form of Louisiana cooking, where the cook takes 20 chickens to
feed one diner.

Cajun is a form of cooking which takes one chicken to feed 20 people.

The last term refers to the poor folks who have to figure out how to eat
what's left- Rocks a la Mode, anyone?
