sorely missed!!

Now I have a question for your questions:

What is the difference between a Laurel's Kitchen and a Pelican's kitchen?  
(Kinda sounds like a knock-knock joke!)
Is the Pelican kitchen bent on service, ie: feeding the masses over accuracy 
and the Laurel Kitchen bent on acuracy over giving in to people's food 
predjudices?
