Perhaps you could invite expert and novice cooks from those you know in local 
groups :::drops a big ol'hint:::, households you have affiliations with 
::drops another one::: and have each of them take a pound or two of the 
ground beef and see what everyone comes up with? A cooking party, swapping 
ideas, get to know each other sort of a thing? :::bats eyelashes::: <g>
