wishes to aquire the address and info about the shiitake logs.

So, can you get that address?  I would like to try this, and a supply of 
fresh Shittakes would be a wonderful thing.  If the folks there sell the 
spore plugs, I know of several sweetgum trees that I could cut to get the

wood...
