PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!  
If Grains of Paradise is (as I have been led to believe) a prohibited import it may be that no-one has found a source which passes our strict quarantine laws.  Australia (and even more so Tasmania) has such strict laws to protect our disease-free status in a number of areas.  Please don't even think of trying to circumvent what may seem like arbitary and unneccessary restrictions!
