SC - Lavender

Does this stuff have to be dried?  You can go to any WalMart or Target 
Gardening section in the spring and I'll bet my right bladder that they have 
some beautiful Lavender plants (or can get you some in a hurry).  Of course, 
this is assuming you have one of those stores in your nape of the woods...er, 
neck of the wape...er..where you are.
