Cooking wines in general are the crap that even a Parisian drunk
wouldn't touch, and then further adulterated so that even a 16 year old bent
on a cheap high couldn't drink it. For about the same price, you can get a
good wine, that you can nip as you go.
Yes, you can cook with real wine, and no, you really don't want to drink
cooking wine.
