Tastes really do vary. Maybe I'm just not being turned off Emeril because I don't watch TV (I've seen his show once, at 2 a.m. when stranded in a cheap highway-side motel on the way back from an event) but I love his cookbooks. I've got three of them and everything I've cook from them has been fantastic. =Cait
