        The difference is what?  One cooks after looking at  research for
recipes  prior to oiling the pans, and the other just  ??? cooks?

    There should not be a discernable difference  -- and  *who* is making
such a stated difference?  and why?  This does not sound like a good thing,
but rather a venue to create animosity.
