SC - Recipe Request

Hello List!
My menu for Northern Lights (April1) is nearly done. Just waiting on a price 
from my butcher to be sure. I have found and/or worked out most all of my 
recipes except for two. Didn't someone post a redaction (sorry) of the 
Oysters (mushrooms served in oyster shells) and one for a Dish of Snow? Yes, 
Stefan, I did mine the Florilegium, (and have I said thank you recently?) but 
couldn't find those two. If anyone has them please either post to the list or 
to me privately.
