SC - Uses for leftover hamburger

Hello all,
We had a regional fighter practice this past weekend, and we had planned
on about 100 people. The weather was not cooperative, however, and we
ended up with abou 50 or 60. As a result, we have lots of leftover
hamburgers. They were pre-cooked to about med. rare, and are now in our
freezer. We are planning on having a party on the 5th Wednesday of this
month, and the idea of chili or spaghetti has been ventured. While this
was a mundane sort of BBQ (hamburgers, hot dogs, too much potato salad),
I would like to take the opportunity of this party to do something
period. So, anybody have any great ideas for something to do with
partially cooked ground beef? I don't think we could do hedgehogs with
it, as I don't think we could get it to re-form into balls. It will have
to be something where we crumble the meat and use it in a sauce of some
kind.
Thanks in advance,
Christianna
