SC - Books on Cordials?

I have found reference to this book on the web:
	Boke on Wine. 1478
with the author's name spelled several different ways:
	Arnold of Villanova
	Arnold Vila Nova
and perhaps one or two more variations.

Does anyone know if there's a reprint of this, either by itself or 
contained in another book? I didn't find it through book searches, so 
i thought perhaps it was included in some other text.
