This is accurate. Personality changes only occur with frequent and sustained 
use over a long period of time. Adolf Hitler literally drank this tea 
continuously. Some folks attribute his '; craziness' to its use but I tend to 
believe that all 'leaders' are natural megalomaniacs and the use of valerian 
had little affect on his already pathological mind.

I don't use valerian regularly but have been using it over the past 48 hr. 
with regularity. :-0
