I have a question, Huette (or anyone who knows)...

How do you find out what libraries have the books? Are you a 
librarian? or is there an on-line search method?

I got "In a Caliph's Kitchen" by David Waines through my local public 
library via ILL after unsuccessfully trying to find a used copy for 
around 9 months. The librarian said he was only able to locate 3 
libraries in the US with copies.

I'd be happy to do some searching ahead of time before going to the 
library, if i knew how...

Still no clue about "Maison Rustique"? Unfortunately the author of 
the web site i mentioned in my first post left neither his name nor 
his e-mail...

Again, thanks for the pointers, Huette and Thomas for the info on the 
first book about wine.
