SC - Mediaeval cookbooks to begin with

It's true...at least the part about Middle English.  I have found that, often
times, if I read a ME recipe out loud, it makes more sense...of course those
around me look at me strangely because it looks like I've gone beyond moving my
lips when I read.  But then I'm used to strange looks!
