Let's not mistake "au Gratin" with "au Fromage".  Au Gratin is a dish 
sprinkled mith a mixture of bread crumbs and butter (sometimes parsley) and 
flashed/baked until tthe top is crispy.  And, while it may also be covered 
with cheese, it does not have to be.  Au Fromage is covered with cheese.

Man cannot live on bread alone... he must have beer to soak it in.
