SC - Documented Substitutions (Long)

I need to find some one who lives in the State College, PN area.  My neice
met some guys on the Internet & went off with them she has been missing
since Sat.  My Mother is going nuts because she didn't take any clothes or
her medicines.  She is a sevier arthritick & can not function with out
them.  There is an APB that has been put out on her & the names of the guys
that she left campus with.  Please contact me off line if possible.
