SC - Quinces (storage)

Been there, read that, got the recipe to prove it!  The Florilegium is where
I found the recipe for the quince/red wine/honey paste I will be using.  I
didn't see anything on storage, but then I wasn't looking for that.  I will
wander back and have another look.
