SC - almond oil

Thanks for the suggestion.  I can't find it in grocery stores, and didn't
see any in the small middle eastern store in our market district.  I was
thinking of some of the local kitchens, where the cooks will be doing
something along the right lines if we provide recipes.  For example, we
are doing a big demo for a VA hospital in June.  They aren't likely to
have--or buy--almond oil, but might have the extract available, to add a
little almond flavor.  I haven't tried this, myself, since I have several
packets of almonds of different sorts stored in the freezer for the
'real' taste!
