 Buoch Von Guter Spise is on the web, with both the German and the
English, now.  Find it through Duke Sir Cariadoc's site.

There are a number of on-line cookbooks there, as well as his Miscelleny,
which has his and Mistress Elizabeth's redactions of hundreds of recipes.
 One of the cookbooks is the English version of Sabina Welser.  The
German version is in another place, but I have the URL if you should want
it.

There are also bibliographies, with ISBN numbers, in the Florilegium.
