SC - sourdough experiment #2

The brand name of mine is Dazey Short Order Chef.  --No doubt a reference
to the dual plates.  It's exterior is made of high impact resin plastic
instead of metal.  Stays a bit cooler (relative to metal.  Don't be
pressing it to your tender parts) and it's much lighter.

Makes lovely toaster waffles for breakfasts.
