Oh....I get it.  There's nothing clandestined or morally wrong with "the 
'gathering' of 'wild' rosemary"... 

"Why, no, officer....I was merely out here "gathering wild rosemary"...at 
midnight...with a ski mask on...nothing wrong with that, is there?
