I always use bookfinder.com. It was from them that I found the little shop in 
Australia that had the copy of Flowers and Rosenbaum's Apicius. I paid half 
the cost of it anywhere else it was listed and that price included shipping 
and handling. You also have the option of dealing directly with the seller 
which is what I chose to do. I don't even keep a bookmark for Amazon.com on 
my computer any more. ;-)
