SC - Egils news and a question

Hi all,
I had a really nice period recipe for an apple & chestnut pie. Alas, I
cannot find where I saved it to ;-(

Nor can I remember the source or anything useful like that.

So, I was wondering if this might jog someone's memory & they could
either refer me to the appropriate source, or if feeling very
generous, post the recipe.
