Thank you so much - it all sounds delicious!  And what a great idea -
not just the food, but the food preparation in period style.  (Sadly, I
doubt I'll be able to have a fire, as we're in the midst of drought.  My
lawn is so crispy right now...)

I'll run everyone's ideas by our officers this week, and see what they
say to it all.
