You go and get a rather obscure cookbook from the library. (Domostroi, from
the Seattle Public Library) and when you open it a  business card falls out.
The name on the  business card? A fellow (or former) list member Badger.
After emailing him I learned he had  checked the book out over a year ago!!

            The strange things that happen..
