Please post that one, Caitlin!  Sounds as though you did very well!  Just
like we'd all like to have every feast go.  Sigh.  Even if you think of
the tables, and draw and list on your staging plan, someone will take
them away the day before.

What is .pdf format, how do we get it?  I haven't bought Mastercook yet,
but will, eventually.
