What?????  Please tell me where you found this
information.  

While I agree that the Ottoman Empire's decision to
conquer Europe helped keep the Pope and the Catholic
Church distracted enough to allow the Protestants to
gain strength and allies, while the Catholic armies
battled the Turks in Austria and Hungary.  And by the
time the Turks were defeated enough so that the
Catholic Church could turn their attention to the
Protestants, the Protestants were strong enough not to
be defeated by the Catholics.  

However, this does in no way imply that the
Protestants ever accepted help monetary or otherwise
from the Ottoman Empire.

Please tell me where you found such information.
