SC - shepards pie-OOP

I always thought of traditional shepard's pie being done with lamb...
guess it's how you're raised.  just made some last night... along with the
rest of half a lamb.  

Cook and drain ground lamb (season with salt and pepper).  Cover with a
layer of peas (or serve them on the side).  Top with a layer of garlic
mashed potatoes.  Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.  if everything is freshly
done so it's still warm then just put it in the oven long enough to melt
and brown the cheese.

When in doubt.... use lamb.
