Ras is correct. Not only would the size of such an attachment be a problem,
but by the time the digestifer (which creates the digest version from the
multiple emails) gets through with it, those of use who get the list in
digest form would be unable to use it anyway.

My recommendation would be to send it to me, let me place it in the
Florilegium and then announce which area it is in and the filename(s)
it is under so folks could go retrieve it themselves, even those who
join the list later.
