In Ynys Fawr - where admittedly our feasts are usually for rather less than
a hundred people - volunteers are often called for from the hall to serve
the remove. Certainly, we ask people who have paid to serve, and to clean
up, and even (only once AFAIK) to be the on-site cook! (This latter was
unexpected - I walked into the hall and the Autocrat asked me to do him a
favour. Like a fool, I said yes before I knew what he wanted!)

I don't think that anyone in the Barony objects to this - and certainly
no-one is forced to do it if they choose not to.
