actually, I have access to several fluent speakers. One of 'em even has
some experience with medieval cookery. So Spanish texts is OK!

That's where we're starting, but you know us, we want to jump in with both
feet, and are hoping to find unreconstructed translations to play with :).
I got Santich, and that's a good start. I have "Drizzle" as well, but am
getting frustrated at the lack of primary source recipes. Some great
general info, though!

any more good ideas, folks?
