I think they must have. It's been in pretty-much all the liquor outlets I've
been in, several of them had 2 or 3 different brands. So far I've seen
Spanish, Polish and possibly Czech(?) brands. 
I've been told a lot of absinthes have wormwood extract/flavour added to the
base alcohol, rather than being distilled with it, for health reasons. Not
sure how true this is however.
