SC - Elizabethan feasts ?

What I'm really looking for is period references on
Elizabethan feast's and how they were run ,served
,displayed and decorated 
in Elizabeths time 
Ideally I'd like to start talking with someone who has
cooked or autocrated one.
I'm organising the feast I have a cook That i am
helping with research and a Master of Ceremonies on
the day
I have lots of wonderful none period ideas for Table
designations (each table being a Play ) and
entertainments but would like to know and copy an
authentic feast

can you help with web based or book based reference

NZ New Zealand is part of Caid we are a small shire
with house holds concentrated in 1465 but with a keen
interest in 1650 and later (Cav)
 being isolated from Main land we do a lot of first
hand Research and there is a Living history trend to
the group  I am a lady I've run every major event we
have at least once usualy acting as sub autocrat the
year before This year its the Midwinter Feast I am
acting as autocrat .
