typical small/medium feast/site fee in sca (or at least us) 
100 people at $10/head = $1000.
100 people at $34/head = $3400 yielding a delta of $2400.

staff:
14 Servers/cleanup (1 per 8 heads) (extra is for water)
4 cooks/kitchen staff (some of the servers will probably help)
1 autocrat 
1 Heacy Weapons M.
1 Archery M.
1 Thrown Weapons M.
1 Fencing M.
2 Jugglers 
2 Storytellers
1 dancemaster
4 musicians

32 people
so about $75 each.  
not bad... but then assuming 8 hours each, that's less than $10 an hour...
